The 2008 study of America’s leading Yog Magazine –“Yoga Journal” indicates that 6.9 percent of U.S. adults, or 15.8 million people, practice Yog in America. The study also says that 6.1 percent, or nearly 14 million Americans, say that a doctor or therapist has recommended Yog to them. Today the western medical science accepts that Yog is an effective tool for maintaining a healthy life.

The 6 week's of YOG BASIC program is a systematic training in basics of YOG. It includes Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation), Pranayam (Life-Energy breathing exercises), Yogasan (Yoga postures) and Guided Meditation
Duration: 8 weeks, 1 hour per week
Cost: $50 per person for all 8 sessions for new students, Free if you are repeating or just wish to practice
