With this training, children are not only able to manage the stress of today's teen and pre-teen life (including studies, friends, home environment, college applications) but also blossom into great leaders and creators.

Siddha Samadhi Yoga (SSY) unlocks a great potential within each of us to live freely and joyfully. But the true journey begins for us when we start to implement the knowledge in our day to day lives. In order to support seekers in this endeavor, we hold biweekly Advance SSY classes where we come together, practice, share food, and explore certain specific topics relevant to our day-to-day lives to see how we can be joyful in whatever we are doing.
